20. The Lyre (Parades etc.)
Windchime. You might think it is those metal bars that produces magical sounds when wind blows among them, usually hang on doors. But for me, and for a few people, it is a family of wacky, music-oriented people headed by a wackier trainer, namely Daniel Karlo Canono. :D

Drum and Lyre is like one of the busiest organizations at school. It is also the noisiest, and no other organization can match with our noise. Everyone who will enter our room will surely complain about the noise, but us, we are all immune and we love to hear it.

Adventures of Drum and Lyre this year are endless. The adventure this year begins in a parade at Lourdes (I am not sure about the place..) where we played religious songs on a national highway. Haha. This was then followed by the recognition overture, Kamusta Ka. :D which until now, I do not know how to perfect. Haha.

Back then there was Manong Jerry, who stole the show and started to take over the Lyre. Claiming that he was the coach of a provincial champion band, he started to teach us with the coolest moves that we have seen done on a lyre. He is also a drummer, and he started to coach the drummers. But alarmingly, he seems to takeover Canono. I do not know the story, but soon he is gone.

This year, Drum and Lyre just got loaded. Canono fetched every Ampere who is not exempted and welcomed them to Drum and Lyre to gain instant exemption. Almost half of Ampere is now a member of the Drum and Lyre. Haha.

The adventures of DnL did not stop there. They had their San Fernando Motorcade (I was not there.. sadly..) and the Intramurals parade (which was a total trash). Then, there goes ACADAC, a parade against the use of illegal drugs. That was the longest and hottest parade that I have been through. We walked from Balibago to Nepo Mall at a time when the sun was baking hot: 1pm to 3pm. With that parade, my color changed from light brown to Hersheys-brown, and I curse that parade for doing it to me. My color never came back.

Another event is the opening of Puregold. Woot, and we are like a poor band playing in the side of the road. I was shocked to know that there was Puregold Angeles, for I am not seeing a building being raised up, and to our surprise (now, I am sharing the surprise with the whole band), Puregold is hidden within a wall of small-time vendors. The only entrance is an unnoticeable escalator. Anyways, we played and we are paid.

The bonding never ends. Soon, we got the Christmas caroling. Haha. That was the happiest caroling that I have ever been to. Out of the five days of the caroling, I have attended four. The laughs never end on those nights.

There are new developments on Drum and Lyre these days, I joined Chica and Charlene on their mission to make new songs for lyre. Haha. I got mine from the Internet, through careful research and formulas. (wth?).. We haven’t played a single overture this year, and we are planning classical music for the English Week.

The lyre gave me my burn marks on my right index finger. It also gave me a millimeter of biceps. Haha :D I hate carrying those heavy lyres on the road.

19. Chowking and Siomai House <3

Yeah! And I am hungry. After McDonalds, Goldilocks and KFC comes Chowking and Siomai House, taking the 19th spot on my list. Chicken fillets are rare nowadays, for what is common is mixed Pork and Shrimp Siomai. Cakes and chicken burgers are no longer the star because Emperor’s Beef Noodle Soup outshined them all. And that is my new habit at SM Clark this 2009.

With Jefran (always), Kacielyn and Claudine (often), Emy and Chica (sometimes) and the rest like Alvin, Julia, Vhinna, Charlotte (rarely), our tummies all demand one food! Haha :D and when the call of hunger strikes us, every after dismissal, we go to our large dining area, SM.

No one can resist the smoking hot siomais at Siomai House. Even though you are standing, the perfect mixture of quality soy sauce (Datu Puti), spicy homemade chili, and their steamed siomai can make you forget of all the pain in your feet. Add to that the pleasure of drinking through that tasty Gulaman. Haha :D the best thirst quencher.

How about this? Crispy skinned dumplings… Hot, steaming fresh from the fire soup… Tender and flavor-filled noodles… Chinese-style chili sauce… and a glass of ice-cold, bubbling Sprite. Yes! I miss the Fried Dumpling Noodles! Hahaha :D

Eating is where friendships are built. You share ideas to each other while eating and there are countless laughs in the conversation. You may even know some things that you have never known before on one person. Hmmm. Did someone got hit? :D

Eating is where time is lost. Haha. Yeah. Instead of doing our assignments at home, we are here at SM munching our way through the night. Amidst projects, we are there slowly eating.

Eating is also where money is lost. Wth?! It ruined my budget and brought me to two financial meltdowns this year. Haha. Due to accounting mistakes, I never thought that eating that much will give me too much debt. Still, the call of the tummy shall be heeded, and eating is fun, so why stop? Haha :D

Weee. And this is where I am treated. Wee. Special thanks to Jefran and Claudine for always treating me. :D woot.

18. Yearbook
Taking the 18th spot is the ultimate last project of the year for the school year 2008-2009: the Yearbook.. from yours truly, Ma’am Carbungco :D

The yearbook is the first book that I have layouted on a computer, thanks to our computer being bought before the Christmas of 2008. This yearbook was given as a project earlier around July or August 2008, but when the deadline approached on February-March 2009, waw, it caught us surprised.

On the beginnings of the making of the yearbook, we are confused as to what the yearbook will be. Will it be individually layouted or if only one will layout and we will all print that layout as an individual project. T_T we were confused, but then, individually layouted yearbooks started popping out, and everyone started making their own layouts.

Then, we also have this one big class yearbook, the one that III-Gold will submit as a class. Luckily, a part of my book was selected to be a part of the class yearbook, my “events” pages. :D Jefran was our master layout artist back then, and Chica’s “Meet the Cast” pages were also chosen. (woot. And he put our picture in frames :D)

Making the yearbook introduced me to the world of having no sleep. Munching through my Chubby chocolate packs for three days straight, my eyes were open in front of the Powerpoint screen. Woot, and I never thought that I’ll make a yearbook more than 150 pages?! Haha. And thanks to Jefran, I have managed to submit it. I owe him a lot really, hahaha :D and I said I’ll pay for the print. But what now..? (I shouldn’t have opened this one…)

Prior to this we have already made our Class Book on 2008, so pictures are not that of a big problem, and the information needed was already there. But of course, our creative minds put many other informations for the variety of the yearbook. Vhinna has her survey results and the “define III-Gold section”, many of us had our “photo album” pages and “dedications” pages. I have my bloglike stories, my quiz (similar to a Facebook quiz but I have made this long before I had my Facebook account), and some trivia about Gold.

I remember Ma’am Carbungco regularly asking for updates on our yearbook.. ooh.. her voice.. her looks.. whenever she does that is just ugh.. can’t explain. Haha :D Then, she always screams in the classroom how late our yearbook will be, similar to what Ma’am Joy is doing back on our bulletin board. Haha. Oh, I miss those days.

Today, I have that yearbook on my drawer, and whenever I look at it, I remember those memories that are few of the happiest moments of high school life. I miss III-Gold T_T

17. FTalk
Formerly Friendstertalk, FTalk is once one of the top forums visited in the Philippines. Entering my list at number 17 is this forum, who opened me up to the world of codes, tons of new websites, free stuffs on the Internet and millions worth of information that few could have ever accessed.

I first knew of Friendstertalk at April 2009, when I was looking for cool codes to put in my Friendster profile. I stumbled upon this forum, registered, and saw the wealth of cool codes. Codes for chatboxes, codes for hiding your profile, and almost magical codes possible that you can put on your profile can be seen in their treasure chest. Viewing the Friendster profiles there makes me amazed.. and they have combined their skills in programming and graphic designing to create the perfect profiles. And I envy them. Haha

There are also many other boards at Friendstertalk. They have this social networking sites board, wherein people post about their blogs, their profiles and etc.. That’s when I met Plurk, Tumblr, Twitter and Facebook. I owe it all to Friendstertalk. Haha :D Getting updated is so easy when you are here in this forum, it is like everyone is on the click to update.

Another thing that Friendstertalk contributed me is pixeling. I never thought I can draw on paint, but on May, I decided to enter their pixel contest, wherein the theme is the Colorful World of Friendstertalk. Pixel art is done on Microsoft Paint, wherein you draw through MSPaint and color them with the same program. That was my first pixel art and it won me the third place. Woot. :D

I also have my poem thread there, and it as cool to know that other people whom you do not know can also appreciate what you are doing. I learned to kinda socialize with people in the online world, they have their chatbox there, and I seldomly post there. There are loads of interesting threads in FTalk, religious, just for fun, or informative. Haha. In case I am bored, I go there to read loads of new information :D

This is also where I met my Plurk Buddies and my partner, which is still alive on Facebook :D and also my owner on Friends for Sale 

25. My Poems
Taking the 25th spot my list are my poems. Since Grade 3, I have been writing and writing stanzas upon stanzas of poetic lines (though they are not that poetic), after years of writing, here I am, writing the lines that many read, few appreciate and one post. :D haha.

My poems have never been this expressive. Back then, my poems are just for fun, nothing but senseless of verses of random stuffs. It was on second year when my poems took a turn, when it was read by Ma’am Dungca and has been seen as a potent weapon for destruction. Actions are better than words as they say, but words can make a lady cry, a family suffer and the world die.
This year, my poems take a whole new theme.. LOVE. Woot. Starting from February’s Midnight Dance to lately’s Tinig ng Torpe series. The poem spark started on July, when Kareejil recklessly screamed my name on our poetry topic on English saying that I have a poem on my notebook. Our English teacher asked me to read it aloud, and there goes my classmates talking to me about my poems.

That’s when I got more inspired to write. (and of course, later that month.. I got hit.. and more thoughts and more poems were brought to life. What hit was I talking about? Read Number __ for the details. Ahaha.)

My writing improved with my poems (I guess?).. I took my poems to greater lengths (because I can’t seem to fit all of my ideas in four stanzas) and it grabs view onto my blog. Haha :D Poems are also my way to release my inner self, though oftentimes I use weird symbolisms to release what is really inside me.

24. Mt. Arayat
Mt. Arayat. I see this mountain everyday before I go to school. Its mighty structure stands amidst the misty atmosphere of Clark every time I commute. But one day, (I forgot what day was that exactly.. but around October 2009), Sir Antonio, our high school principal btw, (I forgot to introduce him. Haha) called me while I was munching a rebel bar to his office. He told me to ask Mr. Agustin to let me join in their relief operations at Mt. Arayat, for the victims of Typhoon Ondoy. The relief operations will be added in my credits for TOSA. :D

Sir Agustin agreed right away, and after recess, when Sir Dungca is on the classroom stealing the hearts of female Amperiacs, I was on the foodcourt with all of these unfamiliar Boy Scouts. The only one I know is Alvin. A college student guided us to a room, and that room, filled with mountain of donated clothes, is for us to organize. They keep saying that since we are Boy Scouts, we should work fast. And yea, I know belong to them.

We were asked to sort out the clothes into three, the ones for kids, the ones for adult males, and the ones for adult females. I was kinda out-of-place the whole time around, except for some kind concerns by both Alvin and Rayyan. Their words felt that I was welcome, and yeah, I started to know I was. Then, there came the meriendas, and everyone did not forget me and instead, even put me on their top priority.

After it, we came to pack the canned goods, the slippers, the toiletries, the noodles, the water and other stuffs.. (the recipients can collectively open up a sari-sari store)… Then, after the repacking, we ate our lunch and the head of the donating team asked us to return at 1pm.

Alvin and I ate our lunch, and I was troubled to know that Alvin won’t be joining the giving out of donations. They will be out on the Division office to upgrade their scouting rank. T_T

Then, after all things were packed, we were briefed first by the head of the donating team. We were assigned tasks. The boy scouts were assigned to be marshals (and I guess I was one of them?) We were asked to make sure that the line is straight and only one. We were asked to not let anyone overtake on the line. And with the majority of the fourth year boy scouts gone because of their rank upgrades, I’m thinking that it will be a tough job for us to keep the line organized. We don’t know how the people will react. In desperate situations, people’s minds are riotous, and we could never go home alive in the worst case scenario.

[Gotta shorten up my post.. no time to tell the whole story. Haha] It was my first time to be a part of a human chain. We passed hand in hand everything from gallons of water to big boxes of noodles. Haha. Then, we boarded the jeepney. At one time, they even bought me a drink. They thought of me even though they do not know me personally. And yes, in that small way, I was touched.

Being there was a life changing moment. You’ll begin to see the face of humanity amidst a crisis. I saw the faces of tragedy, and yet the eyes of hope. I was also given a chance to personally give the donations to the victims of the typhoon. That was the day that I received one of the most sincere gratitude of my life. I also got to talk to the famous mother who had lost 6 members in her family, the most in Pampanga. She told me that besides all those loss, she is still thankful that there are persons like us who help. She narrated to me the story of death and a new life (and for the details, it is all in my column.) What my eyes saw that day were really moving images of what life is all about, and how lucky I am to be in this situation.

23. Cheerdance
It started one afternoon, when I shamelessly auditioned for it. This was part of my endless quest to earn plus on my report card, and luckily, it proved to be a no-regrets decision. Woot. Coming in at number 23 is the Cheerdance experience last Intramurals. On the past intramurals, I have been vacant. First year, I tried out for chess, but was eliminated on the first round. Second year, I tried out again but I just suffered the same fate. Third year, nah, I did not try my luck anymore.

The practices were unforgettable, wherein on the beginning stages, every afternoon, we are asked by Sir Juliebert to try out stunts. Some of the stunts were plain easy, others were hard for the weight, and others are just way too dangerous and unmanageable. This cheerdance made me carry people on m hands for the first time. Very dangerous, but still very fun.

Never thought that Jelly and Karla could bend, or Rodjeilyn and Emy could do cartwheels. I was like, “wth is going on with these people?!” haha. Cheerdance was the most energetic activity I have done in my high school. We have to scream, run, pose, carry and smile at the same time. I never thought that I could have done this, but here I am, three months after the happy effort I have exerted.

I cannot also remove the cheers out of my mind. New friendships were also made, new experiences were added, and much more, new lessons were learned. My small biceps were now a millimeter bigger in circumference. Haha. I learned how to push myself beyond my limit, and how to put myself outside the confines of my comfort. I am hesitating to join cheerdance at first, and I thank my classmates for insisting me. I thought that it was worthless and unimportant, but today, it is a part of my life.

22. MP3
Music is a part of everyone’s life. Some even consider them their whole life. Music is a statement of who we are, and for this, I put my MP3 on the 22nd spot.

My MP3 Player is not an iPod for those expectant readers, it was just a small black player not longer than a thumb with a sticker containing these words: “CD-R King”… oops, did I just say CD-R King. Yes, it is cheap. Haha.

But that MP3 Player meant a lot to me. It made me fall in love to music. Back then, songs were just plain crap, and I do not know why people get crazy on those stuffs. I do not know why people buy albums, see concerts and watch music videos. I thought that at first they make no sense at all.

Then, I put some earphones on my ears (where else?), and I pressed “Play”, once the music started playing, I was into it, and my heart fell fast into music. The idea of getting all of your favorite songs playing consecutively was deeply embraced by my ears.. and here I go getting obsessed with all these songs and the MP3 Player.

With the MP3 Player, I started looking for new songs. That’s when I met The Script, Kris Allen, All-American Rejects, Lenka and dozens more artists. I got new songs from my old time favorites, Coldplay, Linkin Park, MYMP and etc.. :D Being updated to songs became my weekly habit.

But, one July afternoon, during our MAPEH time, my MP3 disappeared in our classroom, and the only trace left was the earphone. Curse all thieves. Huhu. He/She stole the Top 22 thing that changed my life.

21. Photoshop
Meet my new love, Photoshop. Working its way up to number 21, it has kept me busy all throughout the year. Starting on March 2009, by the efforts of Jefran, I have finished downloading pirated Photoshop after 20 days. (that was really a long download..)

I hate photoshop at first open. Haha. First, because it loads like a turtle. Then, it responds like turtle. Then, it saves like a turtle. Then, it closes like a turtle. The aftermath, it made my computer a turtle. Slow! :D

Then, I decided to venture into this unknown world. After searching for some design inspiration in the Internet, I pushed my luck into it. I was also inspired by Jefran’s boastful work of art. I want to imitate! :D and there, after months of practice.. I began to improve.

Soon, I began to make my logos on Photoshop, I do not know if they are worthy to be called logos because they are ugly back then. Then, I started making up my own powerpoint backgrounds with it. Soon, it became my help in animating, followed by picture editing, which is its main purpose for me today. Got pimples or dark skin, photoshop can solve it. That’s why before it gets posted on Facebook or Friendster, it passes first under the careful scrutiny of Photoshop. Haha :D

Then, I soon ventured into fields I have never been into. I went to t-shirt designing, board designing (which was crap), and layouting. I layout now at Photoshop, starting at the Departments project of Economics. That was my first long run on Photoshop.

The Physics project of October, our Man vs. Woman, was my really really longest run on using Photoshop. Never have I been so soaked in the Photoshop workspace before. Haha. I was 90+ hours straight awake because of this project, and all I can see back then was Photoshop. I was dead tired back then, and yet I was photoshopping.

And yes, credits to Jefran for Item Number 21.

30. WhitePanorama
Welcome to my blog. Haha. WhitePanorama is the title of my newspaper column and also my blog, and this name was one of my pen names throughout the year. The idea of WhitePanorama started on October 2008, when I was thinking of a name for a column. Sir Antonio quickly asked for the name, and due to the rush, I was not able to think of a good name for it. I just grabbed the thesaurus and searched for the word vision.. there, I stumbled upon the word Panorama.. and there goes WhitePanorama. Haha.

My WhitePanorama blog started on the first day of February, inspired by the Feature Writer of AUF’s Pioneer when I attended their journalism seminar. Then, I also staged up my Friendster blog, also named WhitePanorama, on April 2009, and made the first mage header of it.

WhitePanorama became my online literary folio and diary, with special events of my life being posted there, and all of my poems being published there. It has been the practice of my feature writing skills ever since. The first story to be published there was On Board Bus Number Zero, my verbose story of me being left behind by the bus on our Mt. Samat trip. (and ouch, that was painful) haha.

Last week, I have given it its newest layout, and this week, I have given him his brother blog.. the Motion Sickness blog. Woot. Blogging made me busy, specially at times when connection is not available. It gave me a chance to explore new writing areas, new vocabulary words, and it makes me read more blogs for improvement. :D I recommend blogging to everyone. Aha.

29. St. Cecilia’s Auditorium
February 10, 2009, while I was collecting fees for the Battle of the Bands, Mrs. Quillao called me and asked me to join an impromptu speaking contest in English. I agreed, but when I asked when, I was surprised to know that it is on that same day. (woot. And I blogged it on WhitePanorama)

That was my first time to join an impromptu contest outside the school, and that contest caught me really impromptu. Haha :D I have no faith in myself when it comes to impromptu speaking, but Sir Antonio encouraged me and said that I have proven my skills during the debate, and I never thought that people had that confidence for me. Flattered. Believe in myself.

I spoke at that very auditorium of Angeles University Foundation, and Ma’am Quillao told me that my posture was zero. Haha. From then on, I learned to look at my posture, the way I look whenever I am at stage. That was my problem that made me fall to the second place – my posture. I should be the champion, my coach insisted, but my posture all ruined it. That is painful, but at least I learned to change myself.

That day ended with a victory. I never thought I could have won. Now, take all the risks that there is in life, I should say.

But the story of that auditorium does not end there. That very auditorium was also the place for the Clash of the IT Wizards.

We are the defending champions, from our last year’s unexpected victory. Haha :D Now, we are out to grab the championship again, as we have thought.

Our review this year for the Clash was intensive, though many of us miss reviews. Jefran was busy at his church, and I was busy for Pagemaker. Ma’am Mia would frequently apprehend us for our lapses, and it is to her that I received one of the most painful words of the year. The review with Charlotte and Jefran was fun. Our bonding/sleeping time at the library, the scoresheets in which we frequently cheat, and the food that we bring in inside the room. Haha.

Thanks to file compression, we have gone from champion to a runner-up. Pft. Haha. Disappointing yet we have to accept our defeat. Our boastfulness did not have a match with their logic, and we faced our doom there.

28. First Day of Classes
The first day of classes is one that is always memorable. It is that one day of the year that everyone will anticipate, because it is the chance to see your classmates again after that long vacation. Digging deeper, the first day of classes will ultimately change your life. Your new classmates will add color to the road that you’ll be taking, and your new teachers will be new personalities that you have to patiently deal with as a student.

Your new classroom will be your new home for ten months.. and everything will be new. The schedule, the school system, and this year, we got a new foodcourt and a new building.

The first day was sort of a shocker. I was expecting that Ampere’s room will have a comfort room! Haha. And our adviser was totally unexpected. We never thought that it will be Ma’am Alfonso that will be guiding us throughout the year. There are no problems with that, but it just came to us as a surprise. Then, here comes the new faces. Ynah, Ann, Rosechelle, Carmela, Alvin, Jovelyn (and etc..).. a great deal of friends transferred to the other section: Jefran, Claudine, Charlene, Kevin, Patrick (and etc..).. and even newer faces to the room (the transferees), Jzhanel (whose name is as complicated as his mind in Math) and Maricris (Mother’s sister).

And so goes life, haha.

27. Mt. Samat
This mountain got my emotions full on the last week of January 2009. It is not national pride that filled me, but total self-pity. Here is the story why.

I was left by the bus on our field trip to Mt. Samat. How late was I? 30 seconds. I even saw the bus parked, started its engine, and left me running. How painful was that? Seeing all those happy people in the bus refreshed in the breeze while you are left behind? Aw. That was one of my life’s most painful scenes.

It all started when the alarm went off, and I pressed stop instead of snooze. I stood up at 8am, and 8am was the departure time. Quickly, I dressed and grabbed my things, ran to the street and waited for the jeepney. I did not take my bath, nor did I eat my breakfast. The jeepney was so slow, and it cost me the trip of a lifetime. T_T that’s it. I should be there, but just one minor mistake brought me to my gloom. I blew my last chance to go to Mt. Samat.

I learned to not rely on alarms, and to not press Stop anymore but press Snooze always. Time management is important, for every second really counts. If I was a minute earlier, I could have been with those pictures on item number 27, Mt. Samat. Poor Kenneth.

26. Juniors-Seniors Promenade
The night of glitz, glamour, style and splendor, where people come in formal wear.. the boys in their coat and tie, and the ladies in their gorgeous gowns. Oh, and who would not miss the Juniors-Seniors Promenade, and it takes the 26th spot.

It is like every high school student’s dream (except for me). The JS Prom is seen as the pinnacle of high school life, the night wherein you give out every beauty or handsomeness you have. And if you think outside beauty does not matter, this is the one day that bends that quote.

Originally, I have no plans to join the prom. First, it is expensive for a night of luxury. Second, I do not want preparing that much for the things that I am going to wear. Third, I do not want to dance. Haha. But then, a devastating fact was told to me, that I need to be there. It is a need -- a requirement for me.

I do not know with these proms but yearly, it is a tradition that the top talents of the Juniors and Seniors exchange some “keys” in the ceremony. For example, one senior will pass the “key of wisdom” to a junior. Something like an inheritance to the next generation. And with that, I was included in the program. Why didn’t they ask me first before putting my name on that program? Psh.

And then came the night, I just asked Claudine if I can share a ride with them and we arrived there almost late. Haha. The ceremonies started and I am feeling a different kind of nervousness. I never got nervous before in my coat and tie?! I and the other speakers were in a small room, (which I guess was already the backstage..) all sharing our nervousness in the suffocating air.

Soon, one by one we went out and hearts are starting to beat twice as fast. Then, there goes my turn. My hands were unstable and shaking, very nervous to utter the next words. I can feel the microphone vibrating in my hand. The lights in front of the stage were blinding, and it reminds me that I am on the spotlight of everyone. Everyone has their eyes on me, and I need to deliver these words well. Ate Monique was smiling at me, and I do not know how to interpret her smiles. The principal and the whole faculty is watching closely, and then.. I blew it up.. a single word repeated. Haha.

The night went on and we ate, with Jefran even breaking one of the glasses. Woot. Charlotte was, if I am allowed to say, the owner of the dance floor that night. Haha. Sophia got a score on many of our male classmates, and that night ended with everyone exhausted, dissatisfied with the abruptness of the end, and happy for the whole night itself. It was a rainy night, yet the happenings inside the hall had made the night hot.

Top 50 Things That Changed My Life This 2009 (Part III)

The continuation.. Now posted: Top 36-50 :D woot.

50. Mass Card
Ooh.. For the 50th spot.. here goes the Mass Card. No one has made me go to church every Sundays than this. Though I have not completed this, haha, at least it still ruined my calm Sunday schedule back then. Hahaa :D I can’t believe that rain or shine, I was always there alone in the church.

49. Spider Solitaire
For the 49th spot is the game that infected my father’s mind so badly that he would not let go off the computer. Haha. :D I got addicted to this around January, but after it, it was nothing. My father followed me, and now, my father is one of my threats on my total domination of this computer!

48. Ma’am Joy’s Birthday

February 2009. Haha. III-Gold celebrated Ma’am Joy’s birthday. It was difficult planning, and again, Amir and Angelyn presented their best comedy skit. I love them when they do it. Then, after the crisis period (because along with the fee of Ma’am Joy’s Birthday comes Battle of the Bands and Teachers’ Day..), we fed ourselves and tadaaa… it’s over. I want to narrate more, but I do not want to be accused of libel. Get what I mean? haha

47. Typhoon Pepeng
The typhoon that brought sorrow to Philippines this October. Ondoy did not do much harm to us, but Pepeng did, that’s why he is at number 47 on the list. What did he do? He just uprooted two pine trees on our backyard which was standing there since I was a child. I hate it when a tree so memorable to me goes down. T_T The landscape of our backyard will never come back again.

46. Childhood Friends Reunion!
Waaa. And this was my tumblr post a little earlier this week. After four or five years, we finally had the chance to meet again. It was fun reminiscing about the past and talking about the present. I never knew that friendships could last this long, it was like walking happily back in memory lane.

45. Annabeth’s Birthday
Woot! Happy birthday Annabeth. This is where I saw the effects of alcohol on mankind. Haha. Someone could dive on the floor and crawl, someone could get a face so red, and someone could get love so high. Haha :D

44. Grand Palazzo Real
This was the palace of the year. It is our shooting place for our movie Antigone and it sure holds a lot of memories for me. From the first time we went there, from the last steps I did there, they were all living memories.

43. Birthday Movie
This was my first job as a presentation maker in which I earned money. Woot. Hahaha. I can consider myself employed. My sister’s boss asked me to make a presentation for their daughter’s 7th birthday containing all of her pictures from his infancy to present. Profit: Pxxx.xx. haha .

42. Field Trip
On November 2009, I got my taste of field trip for the first time in three years. Haha. :D From the AFP Museum, to the Crocodile Farm, and specially SM Mall of Asia, the experience was fun. That was also when some strong friendship bonds were made. Right Vhinna and Bird? Hahaa :D

41. Closing Party – Gold :D
Closing party! Haha! This was one of the happiest swimming parties I have ever been to. With everyone wearing their smiles and not thinking the problems of the past, we all feasted in grilled fish and dove in the blue waters! Woot. We were singing the whole time we are on the table, and laughs are just ceaseless. :D I learned that despite the separation, the separated could still have fun. :D Who cares if the tables are in favor of the other side?

this night or tomorrow: top 31 to 35 :D
